ESFQ
Extended version of SFQ scheduler which adds:
- depth(flows), limit, hash table size options. (Hardcoded in original sfq)
- Hash types: classic(same as in original sfq), dst and src IP address.
- Experiments are left up to you for now
Original sfq is not touched instead a new sch_esfq.o is added.
